Personalized and Dated Items
Personalized and dated items may not be returned. If you are unsure about a product look or quality please order one without personalization prior to placing a large order.
Personalized and dated items may be exchanged if defective or damaged during shipping. Dated items may not be exchanged after the date printed or engraved.

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number.
If the original shipping container is damaged, please keep it for a possible claim with the shipper.
Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be easily identified. Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
We encourage you to properly package and track your return box. Personalized Bridal Gifts is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit or further damages due to improper return packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
To receive an exchange on a defective or damaged item you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery for return instructions and a return authorization number. Any package arriving without an authorization number will be returned to sender.

Personalized Bridal Gifts will reimburse you for ground shipping costs for authorized returns or exchanges. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Non-personalized merchandise returned for credit does not qualify for shipping reimbursement.
Personalized Bridal Gifts will pay to ship replacement items via UPS ground service only. Customers requiring rush shipping will be charged.
Please place your gift order at least 4 weeks prior to event date. This will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.
Placing your personalized order is easy when you follow these guidelines:
Font styles vary from product to product. We personalize each gift with the font as it is shown. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
Items will be engraved exactly as requested, including upper and lower case letters.
If you feel you need to clarify your engraving intentions, please do so in the "comments" field during checkout.
If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order.
